About Me

My name is Damyan, I'm from Bulgaria. I live in Sofia and currently going to school at 9 FEG "Alphonse du Lamartine", where I study... you guessed it - French. I like video games and when I say I like video games, I mean it. I know a lot about the video games I love and my favourites are Minecraft, Portal 2, Half-Life 2, DELTARUNE and UNDERTALE. This doesn't mean I don't touch grass tho... although now that I think about it, it's true (This is a joke).

My video game obsession

So, let me tell you about some of my favourite games. First of all: Minecraft.

Minecraft is my favourite game of all time, and for a reason. It's a game with no boundries, you have the freedom to create and do basically whatever you want. You set your own goals to follow. I have spent countless hours in this game and I've loved every second of it. Also it has amazing modding support and if you want to learn more about my modding experience, check out my projects.

Portal 2

Portal 2 is a puzzle game revolving around... portals. Made in 2011 on the Source engine, the graphics still hold up to this day and not to mention the physics engine. The game has a fairly dark storyline and characters with impeccable writing. How can they make a game about solving puzzles with portals so interesting?? The game also has modding tools available and you can check out a mod on my projects.

Half-Life 2

Half-Life 2 is a classic game from 2004. The sequel raised the bar on video games with it's physics engine, still impressive by today's standards. Valve took some bold risks with making their game fully oriented about physics. The game has a very dark, but incredible storyline with heavy themes. Another thing is the face animation on these developed characters which immerses you in more.

DELTARUNE is the succesor to UNDERTALE. Created by Toby Fox and his team, the first chapter of the game released on Halloween 2018, with its second chapter releasing in 2021. Despite the game's pixelated art style and on the surface seeming like a fun and happy game... it is far from that. The game has a dark story with many mysteries that still haven't been solved to this day. You can choose 2 different routes and depending on your choice the game changes from fun to sad and unsetteling.

UNDERTALE is a game where your choices are everything. The game is about humans and monsters, and the war between them. The story is amazing and the characters are very well written. Like DELTARUNE or should I say like UNDERTALE, the game has 3 main routes you can take, which change the game based on your choices.
